Andrea serves as the Intake and Operations Specialist at Elbaz & Elbaz, where she is often the first point of contact for individuals facing criminal charges. She understands that reaching out to a law firm is rarely easy, and she approaches every interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to making clients feel heard and supported from the very beginning.

Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Andrea plays a critical role in ensuring that each case is handled with accuracy and efficiency from intake through scheduling. She is dedicated to maintaining clear, proactive communication so clients always know what to expect throughout the process.

Andrea takes pride in helping create a client-centered experience, treating every individual with respect and discretion while supporting the firm’s mission to protect each client’s rights and dignity. Her background in customer service and leadership allows her to manage high-pressure situations with confidence while keeping clients at ease during what is often a stressful and uncertain time.

Outside of the office, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and pets, as well as attending local events in the community.
