Falon was raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she developed a strong commitment to academic excellence and cultural immersion from an early age. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mary Washington with a double major in International Affairs and Spanish, honing her global perspective through study-abroad experiences in both Spain and England. Building on this international foundation, Falon pursued her legal education at Regent University School of Law, graduating with honors.
Falon launched her career as a Felony Public Defender in the Spalding County Public Defender’s Office. During this time, she cultivated a deep passion for criminal defense work, particularly in the areas of immigration, mental health, and substance abuse. Her early exposure to complex felony cases allowed Falon to acquire invaluable trial experience, and she quickly developed a reputation for her compassionate approach, thorough case preparation, and fearless courtroom advocacy.
Seeking to further refine her skills and make a broader impact, Falon transitioned to a prominent criminal defense firm in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In this role, she has become acutely aware of the unique challenges faced by clients who struggle with mental health issues and drug addiction, often working alongside specialized experts and treatment providers to ensure clients receive the support and resources they need. Falon is fully prepared to bring any case before a jury if it serves her client’s best interests; she takes pride in her willingness to fight for a just outcome, regardless of the complexity or severity of the charges involved.
Recognizing that facing criminal allegations can be an emotionally taxing journey, Falon guides her clients through every step of the criminal trial process—explaining their options, keeping them informed, and providing consistent support. Always looking ahead, she proactively explores expungement possibilities and other post-conviction remedies, helping clients safeguard their livelihoods and care for their families as they work toward a brighter future.
Falon’s commitment to excellence and professionalism has not gone unnoticed. She was honored by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 for 2023 and 2024, and was subsequently recognized by Super Lawyers in 2025 for her outstanding work in Criminal Defense. These accolades reflect her unwavering dedication to her clients, her tenacious pursuit of justice, and her continued growth as a leading advocate in the courtroom.
When she is not tirelessly representing her clients, Falon cherishes time with her family and seeks out opportunities to travel and discover new cultures. Whether exploring historic cities or admiring natural wonders, she values making lasting memories and broadening her worldview. Through every facet of her life—be it in the courtroom or on the road—Falon remains resolute in her mission to provide compassionate, competent, and forward-thinking representation for those in need.
