Falon grew up in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Mary Washington, where she double majored in International Affairs and Spanish. Her academic journey included studying abroad in Spain and England, followed by law school at Regent University School of Law, where she graduated with honors. She began her career as a Felony Public Defender at the Spalding County Public Defender's Office, developing a passion for criminal defense work, particularly in immigration and mental health related issues.
After advancing her career at a prominent criminal defense law firm in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Falon has become dedicated to addressing mental health and drug addiction challenges faced by her clients, and she is fully prepared to take any case to trial.​ Falon recognizes that facing criminal charges can be a distressing emotional journey.
