MICHELL DUQUE-OSEGUERA

Michell was born in Georgia and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, until she was 11 years old. During her time in Mexico, she developed an appreciation for the vibrant community life and the Spanish language, both of which continue to shape her perspective today. She has experience in leadership and customer service and believes that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, empathy, and patience—values she brings to every interaction.

She began her paralegal post-secondary education at Georgia Gwinnett College before transferring to Athens Technical College, where she completed coursework in legal drafting, legal research, and office procedures. This academic foundation has equipped her with strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.

Driven by a passion for the legal field, Michell actively sought opportunities to apply her skills and knowledge, ultimately joining the team at Elbaz | Elbaz. She is excited to grow within the firm, deepen her understanding of legal processes, and contribute meaningfully to client service and case success.
